Dr. Kanika Sharma’s journey reflects vision, resilience, and a deep commitment to social impact. With over 15 years of work in education, career guidance, and women's empowerment, she has shaped countless lives. From Scindia Girls School in Gwalior to an MBA in Europe, her early path blended Indian values with global perspectives. Her corporate career began as Station Manager at Air India, but her real calling lay in creating meaningful change. She founded Career Hub to mentor students beyond academics and launched Inborn Talent to help them discover their strengths.
She extended her mission with Being Woman, promoting confidence and independence among women. A Ph.D. in Psychology and her book “Toppers ki Diary: Jeet ke Raaz” reflect her academic depth. Her latest initiative, BiZZ KiD, equips children and mothers with entrepreneurial skills for the future. Honored with the ‘Bhopal Ratna’ award, Dr. Sharma stands as a powerful example of how ambition and purpose can together create a lasting impact.
