Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription payments made for LIMS services are non-refundable once activated. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued.
Upon cancellation, the account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Access may be suspended for non-payment or violation of terms.
Data associated with canceled accounts may be retained for compliance and audit requirements before permanent deletion.
