RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review the following terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. This policy is designed to ensure transparency and provide a smooth process for handling any concerns with your order.

Terms with the first letter capitalized are defined as described below. These definitions apply regardless of whether the terms appear in singular or plural forms.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from us.

Service refers to our online platform and customer services related to the sale of our Goods.

Website refers to Nepro's website, accessible via https://www.nepro.com.

You refer to the individual, company, or legal entity accessing or using our Service and purchasing Goods.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Our return policy applies solely to Goods purchased directly through our Website, https://www.nepro.com. Items purchased from any physical retail stores cannot be returned via this online process.

You may return any eligible product purchased from us online within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the return conditions outlined below. Please note that sale items, discounted products, and bundles are not eligible for return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

Returned in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the above conditions are met, you may return the product for an exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, variant, or color, we are happy to facilitate this, provided the requested variant is available in stock. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges initiated after 7 days will not be accepted.

Conditions for exchange:

The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or usage.

You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Once these conditions are met, you will need to ship the product back to us for inspection. Upon successful verification, we will dispatch the replacement item. You will be notified via email when the exchange has been processed, and the new product is on its way.

Note: Only one exchange is permitted per order. Bundled items or customized products are not eligible for exchanges.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products are exempt from being returned:

Sale items or discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bundled items or products purchased as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Opened or used items (such as fragrances that have been sprayed or used) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at help@nepro.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will provide return instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms. You must ship the item back to us.

Inspection:
Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. You’ll be informed of the status via email.

Refund/Exchange:

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For exchanges, the new product will be dispatched after the returned item is verified.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong product/damaged item).

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance—we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us at help@nepro.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund, based on your preference and the situation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may be processed or shipped, in which case the standard return process must be followed.
