Delivery Process

At Nepro, we understand the importance of delivering your favorite fragrances in perfect condition. Once you place an order, we meticulously inspect each product to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards. This guarantees that you receive a product free from any defects or damage. After passing this quality check, your items are securely packaged using sturdy materials designed to prevent any harm during transit. We then hand over the package to our trusted logistics partners for smooth and timely delivery.

In the rare case that you notice any issue upon receiving the product—such as damage to the packaging or the product itself—we encourage you to contact our customer service team immediately. Our goal is to resolve such issues promptly through return, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key at Nepro. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number along with courier details. You can track the status of your order 24 hours after dispatch by visiting the courier company’s website or by clicking the tracking link provided. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep in real-time.

Dispatch Time

We strive to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are processed only on business days; no dispatches are made on Sundays or public holidays. In case of delays, we will notify you via email or phone with updated timelines.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most orders will arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas or during peak seasons (like holidays) may take longer. External factors such as government restrictions, courier delays, or natural calamities may also affect delivery times. We recommend checking your tracking information regularly for updates. Rest assured, we work diligently with our partners to minimize disruptions and ensure fast delivery.

Shipping Charges

We maintain straightforward and transparent shipping charges. A flat shipping fee of ₹95/- applies to orders above ₹1000/- within India. Additional fees for Cash on Delivery (COD) may be applicable based on your location. All charges will be clearly outlined at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, Nepro ships only within India. However, we are actively exploring opportunities to expand globally. Stay connected through our website and social media for updates on international shipping availability.

Shipping Restrictions

While we aim to deliver across all regions of India, some remote or restricted zones may be beyond our service due to logistics limitations. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund if necessary.

Undeliverable Packages

Sometimes, a package may be returned if the delivery address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or the delivery is refused. If this occurs, our customer support team will contact you to verify your details and arrange redelivery. To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us promptly. We will work with our delivery partner to trace the shipment and keep you updated. In the rare event of a lost package, we will do our best to recover it or offer a suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations and Changes

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, if the order is processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible. However, you may still return the product after delivery if it remains unopened and in its original condition.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund or exchange as per your preference. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
